We offer year-long memberships for new GMs. Each GM position is voluntary, but there are opportunities to earn weekly (read more in our FAQ below).

Welcome to FUSA! We’re a team of local youth athletic academies led by ClubHBHF Owner, Bay Area native, and former NFL WR Stevie Johnson.
The FUSA initiative is supported by Fairfield’s Mayor Moy, offering a program uniquely positioned in youth athletics.
Experienced: Our league was born out of ClubHBHF’s Exposure Academy and its youth league programs. With FUSA, you’ll be part of our proven system for GMs, coaches, and student-athletes in communities across the country.
A Life/Skills Program: We’re focused on growing the athlete’s game, but we’re also interested in fostering academics and personal growth.
Turnkey: ClubHBHF sets up FUSA teams with everything they need to get started, including branded uniforms and the structure of our proven ClubHBHF youth league program.
Community-Driven: We partner with local businesses and families to run a 100% community-driven league that uplifts all and lets everyone enjoy being part of a team.

How do Academy tuition/registration fees work?
FUSA student-athletes pay a tuition/registration fee of $100. To help offset registration costs, we partner with businesses in and around the Fairfield, CA community.
How do FUSA leagues/GMs earn money?
Our new league GMs are volunteers who engage in a year-long membership program. As a Fairfield Unified Sports Academy GM, you have the opportunity to earn weekly.
GMs receive a percentage of the initial team membership fees. Then, they’re able to collect another percentage of earnings at the end of the membership year. In addition to registration and business participation, leagues can earn money through concessions, fundraisers, etc.
What is it like to be a FUSA GM?
Fairfield United Sports Academy GMs are leaders in our community. We’re looking for new general managers who want to embody the HBHF vision to Handle Biz, Have Fun while leading their community leagues.
If you’re interested in being a FUSA ambassador and leading your community as GM, we want to hear from you. You’ll get a chance to make an impact on student-athletes and their families while enjoying earning opportunities.
